easy meal prep // grab + go smoothies

✨after you prep these bags you’ll have smoothies ready to go in under 2 minutes! 

?Save this one for a super easy and healthy meal prep option?

i love a good smoothie, but I don’t love coming up with recipes on the spot or going through everything I have to create the perfect combo in real time - so i started prepping smoothie bags!

what you need:
• baggies to freeze things in
• greens of choice
• fruits/berries of choice
• healthy fat source (avocado, shredded coconut, almond butter etc)
• anything else you want to add 

make your grab + go bags//
I like to add a handful of greens to every bag + about 1/4 cup of fruit + 1 tbsp of a healthy fat. once your bag is ready, seal and freeze until your ready to make a quick smoothie!

When I’m ready to make a smoothie I grab a bag and toss it in the blender with milk and my favorite protein powder and I’m good to go in under 2 minutes!

My favorite combo right now is almond butter, strawberries, a handful of greens, vanilla protein and almond milk... so good ?

• R pendulum lunge
• L pendulum lunge
• Upright row and twist
• R wood chop
• L wood chop 
• Straight arm rotation
• R T rotation
• L T rotation
• R Kneeling Side Bend
• L Kneeling Side Bend

1 round = 10 mins
2 rounds = 20 mins etc

SO LISTEN UP//
