He is doing fine he just started on his heart medication (I’m glad that it’s Gilbert there have to get a pill cause he eats it so easily), and we are trying to get him to eat the new kidney wet food which is a little challenge cause he has been used to the other wet food for over 3 years ????. Gilbert is getting a ECG - to check his heart ❤️
Sorry I haven’t been so active lately:(.
Gilbert visited the vet and was diagnosed with HCM ( a heart disease), and his kidneys are affected too.
He now has to start on heart medication and some special food for his kidneys. I don’t know why, but it really affected me and I have been so sad and powerless cause I don’t know what to do. I really hope that the medication and the special food will help him. The good part is that he doesn’t have any symptoms and if he responds to the food and medication the vet said that he could be an old happy cat so I pray for him so much these days ❤️
We will start to post every other day again ❤️
