Done-for-you campaigns

Give us the brief. We run the whole campaign.

Our team plans the campaign, sources the creators, negotiates the rates, launches every post, and hands you a wrap report you can show the CEO.

What eats your quarter

Running one campaign in-house looks a lot like a second job.

The first campaign eats your quarter

Between briefing, sourcing, negotiating and reporting, a single influencer campaign burns 60 to 80 hours of your team. If it is your first one, most of that time is trial and error.

Outreach is 40 emails per creator

A serious campaign talks to 50 creators. Every one takes six to twelve back and forth messages. You are running an inbox, not a marketing program.

Wrap reports take a week

Screenshots from five apps, spreadsheets stitched by hand, slides written on the plane. By the time the report lands, the campaign is already cold.

What we do for you

Six things off your plate.

Strategy and brief

We turn your marketing goal into a creator brief: message, tone, deliverables, KPI. Two-day turnaround.

Creator sourcing

We pull a shortlist of 15 to 40 creators from our 2M+ database that match your audience, budget and brand values.

Outreach and negotiation

We handle every email, WhatsApp and DM. Rate negotiation, contract signing, kick-off scheduling, all done for you.

Contract and payment

Every creator signs a Keepface contract. Payment runs through our Escrow so both sides are covered.

Live coordination

While posts go live we monitor delivery, chase missed drops, and reshoot briefs when the first take does not land.

Wrap report

A branded PDF plus a live dashboard with reach, engagement, EMV, per-creator breakdown and the recording of the review call.

From call to wrap

Five steps. Two of them are meetings, three are us working.

01

Book a 30-minute kickoff

A campaign lead listens to your goals, category, budget and any hard constraints. No forms to fill out.

02

Strategy proposal in 48 hours

You get a written plan: target creators, cadence, KPI, budget split, timeline. You approve or send back for edits.

03

We run the campaign

Sourcing, outreach, contracts, posts going live, chasing deliverables. Everything happens under your brand voice, not ours.

04

Live dashboard access

You see every post, every metric, every message the moment it happens. No weekly digest, no report lag.

05

Wrap review and next steps

One-hour call. We walk you through what worked, what did not, and what to double down on for round two.

Questions

What brands ask before their first booking.

What does one campaign cost?

Managed campaigns start at $999 for a single-creator brief and scale up to $12,000 for a full multi-creator launch. The fee covers our team time. Creator payouts are separate and always disclosed upfront.

How fast can we launch?

Kickoff call within 48 hours of booking. Strategy proposal in another 48 hours. Most campaigns go live 10 to 14 days after that. Rush jobs land in a week for a 20% surcharge.

Do we get to pick the creators?

Yes. We shortlist 15 to 40 creators for you to review. You approve every one before we send outreach. You always keep the final call.

What if the campaign underperforms?

We commit to a KPI in the strategy proposal. If we miss it by more than 20% and the cause is on our side, we re-run the campaign at cost or refund the service fee.

Can we bring our own creators?

Absolutely. If you already work with a creator, we handle the brief, contract, coordination and reporting for them. The service fee is the same either way.

What is the difference from Escrow?

Escrow is only the money layer, you still run the campaign. Managed Service means we run the campaign for you. Most brands take both: our team runs the work and Escrow moves the payments.

Give the campaign to us. Get your quarter back.
